My'Dex Meme Blank

Okay, so this didn't start out as a meme, but I kinda thought it looked like a good one for Pokemon fans who want to do a meme, but don't have a ton of time on their hands.

This is just about as simple as memes get.
1. Choose a Pokemon (any Pokemon, it doesn't matter, just as long as it's an official Pokemon)
2. Draw the Pokemon in your own personal style in the white box in the middle.
3. Basically, write what it says to write in the designated areas. For "Pokemon Number", use the National Pokedex Number. For "Pokedex Entry", you write the Pokedex entry for that Pokemon from any of the game versions, your choice (I'm personally gonna use Diamond's entries in mine). Please erase the text designation before flattening your text there. It'll be tough to read "#001 Bulbasaur" with "Pokemon's Name/Number Go Here" under it.
